At Seemlo, we strive to deliver high-quality personalized products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Important: An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for all return or replacement requests. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Personalized or customized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
- Products without their original packaging or accessories.
- Products showing signs of use.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please email us at seemlo.company@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Seemlo will bear the return shipping cost.
- Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.
6. Replacement Policy
Eligible products will be replaced with the same item, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Personalized or customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
