Welcome to Seemlo.com! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product:

  • Is unused

  • Is in its original packaging

  • Has all original tags, accessories, and freebies (if any)

πŸ“Œ Note: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order gifts (e.g., engraved items, printed messages) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@seemlo.com

  2. Subject line: Return Request β€” Order #12345

  3. In the email, include:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • For other accepted returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please ship the item back to the address shared by our support team.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged product & packaging

We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement

  • After that window, we may not be able to stop processing

  • Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
